The hot weather is causing a heavy burden on our power lines. ERCOT has announced that we set a power record yesterday and we’ll probably set another one today which means we are now under a power watch. –Set your air conditioning units to 80 degrees or higher.

–Use your fans.

–Turn off all unnecessary lights, and electronic equipment.

–And avoid using big appliances.
