The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is offering customers the opportunity to win a one of ten $100 gift cards for completing a customer experience survey.

NTTA customers can access the survey between Jan. 11 and 20 by visiting www.ntta.org and clicking on the link to the survey. The survey will take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.

The survey is intended to help the NTTA identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in its operations, products, and services. The NTTA will factor the results into future decisions.

The survey is being conducted by an independent third party market research firm, and identities of respondents will remain anonymous.
