Good Samaritans Chase Down Killer
Tuesday
Oct 30, 2007
Manuel Trevino of Garland was on his way home to his 1 and 13-year old daughters last night when an intoxicated idiot by the name of Felipe Escobedo ran into him in his Chevy S10 pickup.
Authorities say that Mr. Trevino, who was wearing a helmet, may have survived the impact; however, Escobedo backed up and ran over Trevino again in an effort to dislodge him from the undercarriage of his truck.
Thankfully, one Good Samaritan left her car to try to assist Mr. Trevino while other Samaritans chased down the drunk and boxed in his truck with their vehicles until the police could arrest him.
Our prayers go out to the family of Mr. Trevino, sincere thanks to the Good Samaritans who took the initiative to do the right thing and we sincerely hope that the Dallas DA’s office locks up the drunk for a very long and harsh sentence.

It has come to my attention that the hit and run might not have been an accident. I have heard that the driver of the motorcycle had prior dealings with the suspect and this incident was possibly of a more personal nature. If anyone has any further insight into this incident, please get in contact with me at kyle.mccrum@gmail.com
thanks
