Stripper Pole Tax To Remain In Effect

Dallas is legendary for having some of the finest stripper clubs in the country.
Last year, Texas legislatures passed a law stating that each patron would need to pay $5 per visit and those monies would go towards domestic abuse and insurance for the poor.
The strip clubs fought back stating it was unconstitutional against the First Amendment right to free speech. The girls - and some boys - that strip are expressing their right to free speech by shedding all.
A district judge agreed with this argument but the Texas Attorney General has appealed it which overrules the judge.
The clubs payments are due effective Monday.
